
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
At GARDENTIIVOTOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Certain items, such as personalized products, are non-returnable unless they are defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number.
- A description of the item you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send the items back to us.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we will process the exchange once we receive the original product. You will be responsible for any price difference between the original and exchanged items.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@gardentiivotop.net or call (405) 356-2287. We will provide a return shipping label and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge.
6. Sale Items
Sale items are only eligible for store credit unless they are defective or damaged.
7. Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
